RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number and information will work for this proof as well. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thief.ind179@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging and the item so that we can best address the issue and work with you on a resolution or replacement. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as you may need to file a claim with the shipping company directly and they require proof of damages before filing a claim.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Feel free to reach out to us at thief.ind179@gmail.com to discuss further. We understand you may need the new item quicker and may be able to make different arrangements to help.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for visiting Thief Industries. The following outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy & Information: Each item may have a different processing time shipping options available at check out.

During times of high volume of orders, shipments could be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via phone or email. Please feel free to reach out at any time for updates as we will continue to track all orders until they reach the customer.

Important COVID-19 Information: Please allow 2-4 business days for packages to show movement. UPS, FedEx and the USPS are still experiencing significant delays from time to time. In some cases, packages are reaching their final destination before the tracking information ever shows movement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we promise that we are on top of every package and order that leaves our shop and we will continue to track them until they reach our customers. Feel free to reach out at any point for updates and information about your shipment. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. At that time you will get a delivery estimate. Again please see information above about processing and delivery time frames. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Military Locations: We proudly ship to Military bases and locations/addresses as permitted. Please keep in mind not all packages (per size restrictions or product type) can be shipped but we will do our best.
